Ordering.

Order Process
You can send me a DM request through my Discord or send me an E-Mail, just leave a message that includes you being interested in commissioning me and give me all the detailed info on what you want and a description of your character's vibe/personality.I will then need the size of the commission (Icon/Emote, Head/Bust, Half, or Fullbody), the type (Sketch, Lined, Shaded) and if you want a detailed, simple or no background.If I am open for commissions (I will post about it) we can then discuss and agree on payment.And for clarification I do not offer lineart with no colours.

Boundaries.

My most important boundaries will be absolutely no NSFW/Suggestive/fetish artwork. I refuse to do it, it's not something I'm comfortable drawing/animating.

I use Ko-fi for my payment method, as paypal tends to be finecky. You pay half of the price at the start, so that I can start working on the piece. When i'm all done, you will pay the other half.Refund Policy
I can only refund half of the payment, the one that will determine I start on the work. I am always open to discuss issues you may have with the work, and i highly advise telling me about any issues you see you wish to have fixed.Additional Fees
Animation will add additionnal fees based on complexity. It will be case by case.

Work Process.

Duration
I usually take a day up to a month to complete artworks depending on complexity. Animations are going to take much longer just because they generally are just much harder to do in a short amount of time.Updates
I will update you every time I pass onto the next stage of the piece or that two(2) weeks has passed since the last update. For example, I will update when I am at the sketch, lineart, colouring, and then shading. These are the times where you need to tell me if the work needs to have parts revised, adjusted and/or fixed.

Rights.

Personal Use
All my commissions can be used for personnal use, as long as you include credit to KC4Artz. You may not claim the pieces as yours, as in you drew them.Commercial Use
I do permit the use of my art for commercial use, but credit to KC4Artz must be included.Editing

Use of Al in any kind, shape or form is prohibited. Not to train Al, not to 'enhance' my work, not to add or change it in any way. That includes uses like 'Grok', 'Chat GPT', 'Sora Al' and any other Al tools. This applies to past, present and future commission with me
